Giving your employees that shared experience takes a standard fun 'team building event or activity' to a level many have never experienced.

We have partnered with an excellent facilitation company, Repario Ltd., that specializes in creating meaningful and impactful events for groups from 15 to 3,000.

Details

The program typically lasts from 4 to 6 hours and there is a tremendous amount of variation. However, at the end, the participants have:

• played several activities,
• built bicycles,
• created a 60-second commercial and at the end,
• even better, they will have breathed life into a brand new Bikes For Tykes organization in the local community to continue to give away bicycles long after the event is over.
