Building Bikes for Team Building

Bring our original Bikes For Tykes Program to your organization and make a difference, not only in the lives of the children who receive the bicycles, but your employees that build them. The corporate conference version is called Building A Dream and is conducted by our corporate partner Repario Ltd.

It is difficult to articulate the feeling of seeing a child's face when they receive their first bicycle.

It is the look of pure joy.

The kind of joy we only experience a few times in life:

• your first kiss
• your first car
• your child's birth
• the moment you say 'I do' (hopefully)
• and, of course, your first bicycle.

Giving your employees that shared experience takes a standard fun 'team building event or activity' to a level many have never experienced.

We have partnered with an excellent facilitation company, Repario Ltd., that specializes in creating meaningful and impactful events for groups from 15 to 10,000.

Details

The program typically lasts from 2 hours to 3 days wiht is a tremendous amount of variation. However, at the end, the participants have:

• Experienced several activities that relate to the theme of your meeting
• Built bicycles,
• Met their customers in person
• Even better, they will have breathed life into a brand new Bikes For Tykes organization in the local community to continue to give away bicycles long after the event is over.
